Whether you are going through puberty or are pregnant, being educated on your reproductive health is important.

From evidenced-based information on puberty to postpartum preparation our licensed nurses are here to help educate you on your reproductive health. From classes to one-on-one appointments, our nurses are here to help you!

Girlology

Girlology Classes are designed to help educate young girls in an age-appropriate manner about their reproductive systems, puberty, relationships, and more.

There are two age-appropriate courses:

  • Girlology 101 is for girls 8-12 years old and

  • Girlology 201 is for girls 12-18 years old.

Pregnancy Basics Classes

 Pregnancy Basics Classes are one-on-one appointments catered to expectant parents of Carroll, Haralson and Heard counties.

During this program you will learn the foundational basics

of what to expect when you're expecting!​​​

Postpartum Preparation and Breastfeeding

These one-on-one appointments with a Certified Maternal Newborn Nurse & Breastfeeding Counselor are designed to assist you in building a foundation of knowledge that can be put to practical use after delivery.
