Offer compassionate medical services, evidence-based resources, and education completely free of charge

We Exist to Serve You

Ascend Women's Care and Family Support is a non-profit medical ministry that exists to serve women and men in the community experiencing an unintended pregnancy. Regardless of gender, ethnicity, and economic class we are here for you.

All of our services are completely free of charge. Because of this, we have no financial agenda. Ascend is a safe haven for anyone unsure of their next steps to receive pregnancy medical services and evidenced-based information.

*Ascend Women's Care and Family Support does not offer annual exams, contraceptives, abortion services or referrals, prenatal and postnatal care, infertility treatments, or treatment for reproductive tract infections. Ascend Women's Care and Family Support will offer referrals to local physicians for prenatal care. Medical services are provided in accordance with all applicable laws, and in accordance with pertinent medical standards, under the supervision and direction of a licensed physician in a life-enhancing environment. Patient information is held in strict and absolute confidence in accordance with our Notice of Privacy Policy. Releases and permissions are obtained appropriately. Patient information is only disclosed as required by law and when necessary to protect the patient or others against imminent harm.
